Information we receive
We may receive contact details, education and course interests, messages, account information, and documents that you choose to provide for admissions or student services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, administer accounts, provide education and admissions support, maintain service security, and communicate service updates. We do not treat a public inquiry as a student record until an appropriate account and admissions process is completed.
Protection and retention
Access to account and admissions data is restricted by role and ownership controls. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated service, legal, security, and audit purposes, subject to applicable requirements.
Your choices
You may contact NCL Academy to ask about your information, request correction, or ask about deletion where applicable. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the NCL Academy admissions team through the official channels listed on the website.
